G4 Dental Implant Center – Virginia is proud to offer Dental Implants and General Dentistry to Veterans through the VA CNN and OptumServe
The Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VA CCN) supplements the health care services of the military health system and the Veterans Health Administration with a network of civilian health care providers. VACCN was created to provide dental treatment to Veterans who are unable to receive services from a VA provider because the wait time to receive care is too long or the VA provider is unable to provide the care needed.
OptumServe Community Care Services provides a network of both general and specialized dental providers to deliver outpatient dental care to eligible Veterans. While a provider is contracted to perform services for VA CCN, the appointment scheduling is handled by the VA. OptumServe is responsible for providing a list to the VA that includes all contracted (in network) providers they are able to schedule appointments with.
Eligibility:
Optum’s VA CCN only covers Veterans, not families or dependents. The VA determines enrollment status and eligibility for all Veterans who receive community care outside the assigned VA Medical Center (VAMC) Veterans are responsible for obtaining a referral to our office.
